  • Cashier Lead This key role focuses on front-of-house operational activities related to the Point of Service/Sale areas of the store, including cash operations and reconciliation. Stock Lead Oversee stock flow from back of house to front of house. Drives productivity improvement for all shipment processing, product placement and prices change activities. Sales Leads in Apparel & Footwear Create a dynamic, positive culture for selling quality merchandise while having fun and delighting our customers, also responsible for daily operational activities within the store to meet sales and service goals. Sales Lead Outdoor Gear and Apparel Supports the L.L.Bean Outdoor Discovery School through planning and implementing in-store and off-site activities including clinics, demos and product presentations.
Skills & Experience Requirements:
