New Tenant Signings and Store Openings at Legacy Place

NEW TENANT SIGNINGS AND STORE OPENINGS AT LEGACY PLACE

(Dedham, MA; April 27, 2010)—Several new stores and restaurants have recently opened and more are on the way at Legacy Place, the 675,000 square foot shopping center located at the intersection of Routes 1 and 128 in Dedham, MA.

New tenant signings include:

  • Love Culture—A store for “When Girls Take Over,” according to its motto, Love Culture offers the latest styles at affordable prices for women 14 to 40 in an energetic and colorful atmosphere.
  • Wicked Fire Kissed Pizza—Created by local owners Robert and Sheri Catania, Wicked Fire Kissed Pizza combines old world, Neapolitan pizza-making techniques with fresh organic ingredients to produce exciting modern creations. Wicked will be located next to the entrance of Showcase Cinema de Lux.
  • Chico’s—Located between LOFT and City Sports, Chico’s specializes in branded, sophisticated casual to dressy apparel, accessories and gift items for women 35 and over. High levels of customer service allows shopper to create complete, unique outfits.
  • Dandelion—Located in the Pavilion building between Urban Outfitters and Stil Studio, Dandelion brings unique handcrafted jewelry from such designers as Alexis Bittar and Chan Luu, at affordable prices.
  • White House|Black Market—Founded in 1985 as a single, tiny neighborhood boutique in Baltimore, Maryland, White House Black Market now has more than 300 boutiques. At Legacy Place, White House Black Market will be located across from Legal C Bar near Apple, Banana Republic, and Williams-Sonoma.

Recent openings include:

  • Yard House—Officially opening March 14, Yard House is an upscale-casual eatery known for its extensive menu, classic rock music, and world´s largest selection of draft beer. At Legacy Place, Yard House’s 10,000 square foot space located next to Showcase Cinema de Lux, will offer more than 320 seats inside and 40 more outside on a seasonal patio. The restaurant will feature 130 varieties of beer on tap and will employ approximately 200 full- and part-time employees.
  • Beauty and Main—Opened March 6, the 1,000 square foot cosmetic and skin care boutique is located between Stride Rite and Yankee Candle in the building that also includes City Sports. Beauty and Main carries lines such as Trish McEvoy, Laura Mercier, Mario Badescu, Phytomer, and Fresh.
  • J.P. Licks—Opened March 4, J.P. Licks offers homemade ice cream and non-fat frozen yogurt made at its original Jamaica Plain, MA location. J.P. Licks also roasts its own organic and Fair Trade certified coffee. At Legacy Place, J.P. Licks occupies a 1,700 square foot store in the centrally located Pavilion Building on the opposite corner from Urban Outfitters.
  • Francesca´s Collections—Opened March 13, Francesca´s specializes in fashion-forward styles in women´s clothing, accessories, and gifts. Since opening its first store in 1999, Francesca’s has become one of the fastest-growing women´s fashion retailers in the country with locations in 35 states. At Legacy Place, Francesca´s will operate a 1,330 square foot store next to Gap in the building that features Showcase Cinema de Lux and Kings.
