Citizens Bank to create new ‘Legacy’ in Dedham

DEDHAM —
W/S Development Associates announced this week that Citizens Bank has signed on to join Legacy Place, where it will occupy about 50,000 square feet of office and retail space at the $200 million open-air mall.
Citizens Bank will move into 37,500 square feet on the second level of the Pavilion Building in the middle of the project, and another space on the second floor of the building that houses P.F. Chang’s China Bistro – taking up essentially the entire inventory of office space at Dedham project.
