WS Development is proud to announce that City Sports has signed a lease to join Legacy Place. Named Best of Boston, Best of Philadelphia, and Best of New York, City Sports offers leading brand name sporting goods and athletic apparel for a variety of indoor and outdoor sports at 14 locations on the East Coast.
At Legacy Place, City Sports will occupy more than 11,000 square feet and offer a variety of brands such as Nike, North Face, Adidas, Patagonia, Asics, New Balance, UGG, and its own brand, CS by City Sports.
"We chose Legacy Place for the strength of its overall retail mix, which we believe is perfect for our target customer," said Mike Kennedy, City Sports.
Located in Dedham, MA, Legacy Place is a 675,000 square foot open-air project that is currently under construction. Scheduled to open Summer 2009, Legacy Place will feature a contemporary blend of fashion, restaurants and entertainment tenants, including:
