In this workshop we will move through playful sequences of partner-assisted poses where one helps the other, and double yoga poses where each reflects the other in dynamic and balanced symmetries. This workshop is open to all levels. Increase trust, communication, and deepen flexibility through yoga. Partner yoga is for everyone - we define “partner” as someone with whom you are close to: friend, roommate, spouse, partner, sibling, parent, child, or come on your own and we'll pair you up. The only requirement is the ability to laugh and have fun. Following the workshop we will have light refreshments.
